Development Administrator, you will work directly with the top
sales professional in the company. You will be responsible for
gathering client and prospect information and will work closely
alongside the Sales Professional to organize marketing campaigns,
coordinate client projects, and prepare materials for client
meetings and events. In this role, the Business Development
Administrator will enhance their technical and creative skills,
learn new tools and programs, and interact daily with MMA's top
clients!ResponsibilitiesProspect, Pipeline & Client Management
- Perform marketplace and competitor research
- Ensure that Salesforce is up to date
- Track Life Sciences activity and reporting
- Ensure project plans for clients are current and communicate
changes to Account Managers
- Schedule client and team meetings with both internal and
external audiences
- Coordinate activities and deliverables with Marketing
department regarding campaigns and newsletterEvent Management
- Identify venue options and negotiate pricing
- Create & manage event invitations
- Manage planning meeting agenda
- Develop project plan/timelines
- Manage day of event activities
- Create post event thank you and social mediaSales Process
Coordination
- Coordinate with Accounting Managers and Consultants to track
deliverables
- Create presentations in concert with Marketing
- Perform all support work required for on-boarding of a new
client (e.g. welcome letter, new commission worksheet, service
agreements)
- Attend meetings and summarize meeting notesSystems Support
- In support of all reporting requirements, manage the timely
input and data integrity within all MMA systems
- Tracking and auditing of revenue with Finance department
- Leverage MMA tools & resourcesAdministrative
- Schedule meetings
- Manage calendar
- Coordinate internal and client/prospect meetings
- Process expense report
- Support Board of Director activitiesOur future colleague.We'd

skills:
- Previous experience working in an administrative function or
experience working in a sales environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & aptitude for learning
and leveraging technology (Nice to have: Salesforce
experience)
- Strong organizational, communication, time management, and
drive for results
- Ability to work well independently/self-motivated
- Industry experience a plus but not required (employee benefits,
insurance, healthcare carrier)
